The Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur will conduct Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test 2021 on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), for the academic year 2021-20. This exam is conducted every year for candidates who seek admission in 3 & 5 year law courses, in different colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP LAWCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

  • For LLB (3-Year Course): Candidates should have Graduation from recognized University securing minimum 45% marks for general whereas 40% marks for SC/ST students.
  • For LLM (5-year Course): Applicants must have passed Intermediate/12 th or any relevant exam from the recognized board having 45% marks for general/OBC and 40% marks for reserved candidates.

Educational Qualification:

    For LL.B (3-Year course)
    Candidates must have passed bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university.
    For LL.M (5-Year course)
    Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized education board.
AP LAWCET 2021 Application Fee & Payment:
  • For LLB Course Rs 750/- (Without Late Fee)
  • For LLM Course Rs 850/- (Without Late Fee)
  • AP Online Payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card & Net banking)

HOW TO APPLY:

  • Candidates can apply ONLY ONLINE
  • Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Boards website http://sche.ap.gov.in Instructions for submitting online application and payment of fee are available on website.
  • Candidates may remit the fee in the following manner.
  • Pay the required application fees for the form
  • No you can proceed to fill application form
  • On the given page fill the entire mandatory column carefully and accurately
  • Upload the scanned copies of all required document in the given format
  • After completing all formalities submit the application
  • Take the print of the submitted application for further use.

AP LAWCET 2021 Exam Pattern:

Candidates appearing for five years LLB course will get the questions from intermediate level and degree level for the students attending for three years LLB course. The LAWCET Exam Pattern is as follows.
The question paper consists of three sections.
Exam paper is of objective type questions.
There are 120 questions, and each carries one mark.
There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
The total time for the exam is 90 minutes.
The exam paper will be in both English and Telugu language.

Candidates for 5 year LLB should have passed two year Intermediate Exam (10+2 pattern) with 45% of aggregate marks or any other exam recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, T.S and Bar Council of India. Note: The percentage of 39.5% or above in case of candidates belongs to SC/ST category and 44.5% or above in case of other categories will be considered as 40% and 45% respectively.
